Welcome to Verve Fine Craft Gallery ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing an item, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Consignment Sales & Inventory Availability

  • Consignment Model: Verve Fine Craft Gallery operates on a consignment basis, representing independent artists. We act as an authorized sales agent for these artists, and artist payouts are processed upon the sale of their work.

  • One-of-a-Kind Items: Most artworks listed on our website are unique, handcrafted single items or limited-edition works.

  • Concurrent Sales: Works are listed simultaneously online and in our physical gallery. In the rare event an item is purchased in person moments before an online order is completed, we reserve the right to cancel the online order and issue a full refund immediately.

2. Final Sale & Return Policy

  • All Sales Final: Due to the nature of original artwork and our consignment payment structure, all online sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase is completed.

  • Handcrafted Variations: Minor variations in color, texture, shape, or size are inherent features of original, handcrafted art. Display settings on individual electronic screens may also alter color perception. These natural characteristics do not constitute defects.

3. Shipping, Gallery Insurance & Transit Damage

  • Gallery Coverage: All shipments are fully covered by our gallery’s specialized insurance policy while in transit.

  • 48-Hour Damage Window: Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. To be eligible for an insurance claim, you must report any shipping damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Damage Claim Process: Contact us at [Insert Email Address] within the 48-hour window with your order number, clear photographs of the damaged artwork, and photographs of the exterior packaging. Failure to report damage within 48 hours invalidates our ability to process an insurance claim on your behalf.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Copyright Retention: The purchase of a physical piece of artwork transfers ownership of the physical object only. The contributing artist retains all copyrights, reproduction rights, and intellectual property rights to the work.

  • Website Content: All images, text, logos, and materials on this website belong to Verve Fine Craft Gallery or our contributing artists and may not be reproduced without explicit written consent.

5. Pricing, Orders & Liability

  • Price & Information Errors: We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, misprints, or inaccurate pricing listings at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order affected by such errors prior to fulfillment.

  • Limitation of Liability: Verve Fine Craft Gallery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of any goods.
