Monologue: Bonjour! We are borne out of historical 18th century France combined with inspiration from the coffee-drinking tradition of the Ottoman Empire. We enjoy being part of a formal, elegant, fashionable post-dining experience and we are designed to allow the drinker to savour a robust enjoyment in small portions. With the ability to embrace café noir (we prefer decaf!), We were delicately constructed by our maker. Sometimes we are accompanied by a saucer and small spoon. Lately, though, these have been left behind to give us more singular presence on the table.
